Another “Mile”stone (I couldn’t help it)
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this week, I completed my 100th mile on my bicycle. It’s actually a pretty cool feeling. To be honest, since it’s the most regular exercise I’ve had since we cancelled our gym membership, I actually feel awesome. And what’s cool, as gasoline has now gone up to about $3.85 a gallon (and since we only get about 18 miles per gallon with our wonderful automobile), we’ve saved at least $20-$25 in gas, not to mention the money we’ve saved only having to insure 1 car. So that’s pretty cool stuff.
Also, as another cool milestone, we went to the doctor with Zeke today, and at 4 1/2 weeks, he weighs 11 lbs 10 oz, and he’s a whopping 23.5 inches long. It’s crazy, crazy stuff. He’s getting so big. It’s certainly been quite a wild ride, but it’s definitely neat to see his personality developing and to see him becoming more and more active. Anyways, I just thought I’d pass on these quick updates. Hope all is well out there.
